The benefits and disadvantages of filing chapter 7 or 13 as co-debtors or as individual debtors prior to a divorce proceeding.
The benefits and disadvantages of filing chapter 7 or 13 after a dissolution judgment.
Representation of your client in the other party’s chapter 7, 11 or 13 before and after a dissolution judgment, including:
what you can do in a divorce proceeding while a bankruptcy is pending
protecting your client’s judgment
